When will you be open and how do I make an appointment?
Starting Monday, March 17, all appointments will be seen at our Mountain View location at 1350 Grant Rd, Unit 9. Please click here to schedule an appointment. What is a Board Certified Veterinary Dermatologist?
A board certified veterinary dermatologist is a veterinarian who has completed extensive study and specialized training in the diagnosis and treatment of animal skin, ear, hair, and claw disorders. Veterinary dermatologists also have significant training and experience in managing allergic skin diseases.
Board Certified Veterinary Dermatologists are required to receive a degree in veterinary medicine, complete a rigorous three-year dermatology residency, publish a scientific research study, and pass the American College of Veterinary Dermatology exam. Board Certified Veterinary Dermatologists are required to complete continuing education to stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in the study of dermatology to maintain their status.
What is your cancellation policy?
The initial consultation fee is required to be paid upfront upon appointment booking. Our office policy requires at least 1 business day notice of all cancelled or rescheduled appointments. We are closed Thursday, Saturday and Sunday. For Monday appointments, we require notification by 12 PM the Friday before your scheduled appointment. For Friday appointments, we require notification by 12 PM the Wednesday before your scheduled appointment. If 24 hours notice is not given to our office, the initial consultation fee will be used as a cancellation fee. 24 hours notice also applies to recheck exams. We may require prepayment for recheck exams if you have missed or provided late notice to a previous appointment.
